Blocking Incidents
  • Monday, June 4, to the morning of Friday, June 8 - The two left lanes of southbound I-5 between the Ebey Slough Bridge and 116th Street Northeast will be closed beginning at 7 p.m. nightly. All lanes will reopen by 5 a.m. This work is weather dependent.
  • Sunday, July 15, to the morning of Friday, July 20 - The right lane of westbound State Route 96/128th Street Southwest between Dumas Road/Elgin Way and State Route 527/Bothell-Everett Highway will be closed from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. nightly. The lane will not be closed at the same time as the right eastbound lane.
  • Sunday, July 15, to the morning of Friday, July 20 - The right lane of eastbound State Route 96/128th Street Southwest between Dumas Road/Elgin Way and State Route 527/Bothell-Everett Highway will be closed from 8 p.m. to 7 a.m. nightly. The lane will not be closed at the same time as the right westbound lane.
Construction Closures
  • Both directions of State Route 92 at North Machias Road will be closed 24 hours a day, starting at 8 p.m. Friday, July 6. Signed detours will be in place.
  • Friday, July 20, to the morning of Monday, July 23 - The westbound State Route 204 ramp to westbound US 2 will be closed from 7 p.m. Friday to 4 a.m. Monday. A signed detour will be in place. This work is weather dependent.
  • On the US 2 westbound on-ramp from SR 204 (MP 3) to Ebey Slough (MP 1) the ramp is closed due to roadwork.
  • On US 2 westbound from SR 204 (MP 3) all lanes are closed due to roadwork.
  • On the US 2 westbound on-ramp from 20th St SE (MP 3) the ramp is closed due to roadwork.
  • On US 97 near Sun Cove between Orondo and Chelan Falls Monday ONLY. Expect less than 20 minute delays with alternating one-lane flagger controlled traffic for installation of permanent plastic pavement markings.
  • On SR 153 between Methow and Carlton Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. expect no delays for under deck rehabilitation on columns under the 5 bridges.
  • **LARGE VEHICLE RESTRICTION** Monday, July 16 through Friday, Aug. 17 - Starting at 6 a.m. on Monday, July 16 and lasting through 4 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 3, Crews will restrict access through the intersection of SR 9 and Francis/Old Day Creek roads to all vehicles longer than 40 feet while they do roundabout curb work. Long vehicles should use SR 20, I-5 and SR 534 to reach SR 9 destinations on the other side of this intersection.
  • Sunday, July 22, to the morning of Monday, July 23 - Two lanes of southbound State Route 527/Bothell-Everett Highway at 15th Avenue Southeast will be closed from 2 a.m. Sunday to 9 a.m. Monday.
  • Sunday, July 22, to the morning of Monday, July 23 - Two lanes of southbound State Route 527/Bothell-Everett Highway at 151st Street Southeast will be closed from 2 a.m. Sunday to 9 a.m. Monday.
  • Sunday, July 22, to the morning of Monday, July 23 - Two lanes of southbound State Route 527/Bothell-Everett Highway at State Route 524/208th Street Southeast will be closed from 2 a.m. Sunday to 9 a.m. Monday.
Special Events
  • Sunday, July 22– A Mariners game that begins at 1:10 p.m. at Safeco Field will cause additional congestion on highways leading into Seattle, including I-5, I-90, SR 520 and SR 99.
