Blocking Incidents
  • North Monroe Corridor Project - Monroe Street is closed between Euclid and Kiernan Avenue from April 2, 2018 until April 20, 2018.
  • North Monroe Corridor Project - Monroe Street is closed between Montgomery and Chelan Avenue April 2, 2018 through April 20, 2018.
  • Beginning April 16, 2018 Spokane City plans on closing Trent Avenue (sr290) from Hamilton Street to Perry Street for construction of a roundabout at the intersection of Trent and Perry. Work is scheduled to be completed by fall of 2018.
  • WSDOT is resurfacing Division, Browne and Ruby Street from I-90 to Euclid Avenue. Lane closures will start April 16. Crews will be
    working night hours between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am.
  • Monday, April 16 the Street Department will start a grind and overlay project on Wellesley Avenue. The project will close Wellesley Avenue between Division and Nevada Street. Project will last app0roximately 4 weeks.
  • Road closure for construction of a roundabout on Trent Avenue(SR/290) both directions at milepost 0.7 from Erie Street to Hogan Street beginning at 6:00 am on April 16, 2018 until mid November.
  • Street Maintenance Curb Ramp Project - Starting Monday, April 9, 2018, crews will be working on 17th Avenue between Perry and Cook Street. Traffic control will be in place. Work will last about four weeks.
Construction Closures
  • Grind and Overlay - Street crews will start the first grind and overlay project of the year on Monday, April 16. The project spans Mission Avenue between Division and Hamilton Street. Crews will close the two eastbound lanes on Monday, April 16. Eastbound traffic is detoured to Indiana Avenue. The two westbound lanes have been reopened.
  • Spokane County: Temporary signal, intermittent lane closures for trucks entering the roadway between the hours of 6 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Watch for flaggers and prepare to stop. This is scheduled until May 31, 2018.
  • Spokane County: Traffic impacts due to reconstruction of the intersection. Trucks entering the roadway Please use caution and watch for flaggers and prepare to stop.
