I-5 Both Directions - Monday, Aug. 25 to the morning of Friday, Aug. 29 – One lane of the northbound and southbound I-5 Nooksack River bridges will be closed from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. for preparation and bridge painting. Drivers should be prepared for slightly narrower lanes. The speed limit through the work zone is reduced from 70 to 60 mph.

The first lane will close at 8 p.m., the second at 9 p.m., with three lanes closed by 11 p.m.
