SR 20 Both Directions - Mud and rocks on the pavement restricted, but never stopped traffic just east of Washington Pass from 7 to 11 p.m. Sunday night. Full two way traffic was restored, however, until Thursday watch for maintenance crews clearing clogged culverts and removing mud rock and debris from the shoulder ditches from Washington Pass to Cutthroat Ridge.
