I-5 Southbound - Friday, July 29, to the morning of Saturday, July 30 - Southbound I-5 at the Stewart Street/Denny Way off-ramp will be closed from 11:59 p.m. to 5 a.m. A signed detour will be in place. The I-5 express lanes will be open southbound from 11:30 p.m. Friday into normal Saturday schedule. Oversized loads should use the express lanes.

I-5 Southbound - Friday, July 29, to the morning of Monday, Aug. 1 - Up to four lanes of southbound I-5 from I-405/SR 518 to SR 516/Kent Des Moines Road will be closed from 8 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday. At least two lanes will remain open, except from 11 p.m. Friday to 6 a.m. Saturday, 1 to 7 a.m. Sunday and 10 p.m. Sunday to 5 a.m. Monday, when only the right lane may be open. This work is weather dependent.

I-5 Southbound - I-5 southbound at milepost 79, both lanes are open to traffic. The Chamber Way overpass is closed indefinitely due to damage caused by a semi truck carrying an over height load striking the structure. The overpass will remain closed until repairs are made. Expect delays and use alternate routes, beginning at 11:42 am on July 22, 2016 until further notice.
