US 2 Both Directions - On US 2 east of Stevens Pass Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., expect lane shifts and shoulder closures in the eastbound four lane section where paving continues.
Speed is reduced to 45 mph. When necessary, bicyclists and pedestrians are being bussed around the work zone.

In this $4 million project, Central Washington Asphalt crews are repaving the four lanes from the summit east for 7 miles with asphalt. The parking area for Bygone Byways is being fog-sealed. Safety features are also being upgraded including rumble strips, striping and signs.
