SR 285 Both Directions - On SR 285 through Wenatchee Sunday through Thursday NIGHTS, 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., expect single and multi-lane closures on Mission St. and N. Wenatchee Ave. and some side streets as crews are repairing pavement on side streets from Bridge to Second and grinding pavement on Mission there, as well. Sidewalk and curb ramp work continues from Kittitas to Fifth along with signal work from Kittitas to Horse Lake Road and crews are also raising utility covers on Miller and North Wenatchee Avenue.

SR 285 Wenatchee Area Paving and ADA Compliance- Contract #9260 County: Chelan, Highway: SR 285 Region: North Central Location: MP 0.79 to MP 5.04 Wenatchee-Bridge St. north to US 2. Description: In this $6M project, Central Washington Asphalt crews are planing and paving 4 miles of SR 285 as well as numerous adjacent city side streets. They will also be updating ADA curb ramps and signal systems as well as bridge deck work on the bridges over the Wenatchee River. Work began June 24 and should be complete by late October. for 9/23-28, Sunday through Thursday NIGHTS, 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., expect single and multi-lane closures on Mission St. and N. Wenatchee Ave. and some side streets as crews are repairing pavement on side streets from Bridge to Second and grinding pavement on Mission there, as well. Sidewalk and curb ramp work continues from Kittitas to Fifth along with signal work from Kittitas to Horse Lake Road and crews are also raising utility covers on Miller and North Wenatchee Avenue. Sunday 9/23 through Monday 9/24 6 a.m. DAYS & NIGHTS - Expect closure of Yakima on either side of Mission and on the east side of Palouse Street, and both sides of First street for concrete pavement, and signal work. Monday through Wednesday NIGHTS: Expect drainage work across all 3 lanes of Mission at Spokane street for a new manhole and storm sewer pipe installation, plus crack sealing on Mission. Wednesday and Thursday NIGHTS: At the US 2 on ramp at the north end, crews are installing guardrail. Finally, on Thursday NIGHT: Grinding joints on the northbound Wenatchee River bridge.
