I-82 Both Directions - Road closures and ramp restrictions: I-82, east and westbound off-ramps to Nob Hill Boulevard and SR 24 (Exit 34) will be closed on Saturday, July 4, from 9:45 p.m. until 11:30 p.m. SR 24, all westbound lanes into Yakima will be closed at the I-82 intersection from 9:55 p.m. until 11:30 p.m. Also during these hours, northbound drivers on 22nd Street, near Kmart, will be forced to turn right (east) onto SR 24 to reduce traffic congestion associated with the fireworks display at State Fair Park.
