Blocking Incidents
  • Monday, June 4, to the morning of Friday, June 8 - The two left lanes of southbound I-5 between the Ebey Slough Bridge and 116th Street Northeast will be closed beginning at 7 p.m. nightly. All lanes will reopen by 5 a.m. This work is weather dependent.
Construction Closures
  • Monday, June 25 through Friday, June 29 - Contractor crews will close the left lane in both directions of I-5 between the Snohomish/Skagit County line and Hickox Road daily from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for median cable barrier work.
  • Monday, June 25 through Friday, June 29 - Contractor crews will close a lane at SR 20 and SR 20 Spur daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for final roundabout work. Drivers should follow signs and barrels and navigate through open lanes. Some delays should be expected.
  • Sunday, June 24, to the morning of Tuesday, June 26 - The State Route 528/4th Street on-ramp to southbound I-5 will be closed from 10 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. nightly. This work is weather dependent.
  • Monday, June 25, until Thursday, June 29 - Crews will close one lane of SR 9 for roundabout work daily from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily Monday through Thursday. Flaggers will alternate traffic through a single lane.
  • On SR 9 southbound at W Big Lake Blvd (MP 48) the right lane is closed due to roadwork.
  • Sunday, June 24, to the morning of Friday, June 29 - Crews will close one lane of SR 9 between SR 20 and Alderwood Lane nightly from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. for paving work.
