Blocking Incidents

Road work on SR 16 eastbound at Milepost 1 beginning at 9:00 PM on June 19, 2013 until approximately 4:15 AM on June 20, 2013.
Road work on SR 167 southbound at Milepost 8 near W Valley Hwy beginning at 10:23 PM on June 19, 2013 until approximately 4:00 AM on June 20, 2013. The right lane is closed.

Construction Closures

The southbound I-5 exit to S. 38th Street in Tacoma (Exit #132A) is closed through July. Motorists are detoured via the S. 56th Street interchange at Exit #130, onto northbound I-5 and to the northbound I-5 exit to S. 38th Street. Expect delays, especially during a.m. and p.m. peak travel periods.
Eastbound Nalley Valley project-related work requires periodic lane and shoulder closures in both directions of SR 16, as well as on Sprague Avenue, South Tacoma Way and Center, and Union streets weekdays and weeknights.
Wednesday, June 19 to the morning of Thursday, June 20 - The right lane of southbound I-5 between South 200th/Military Road South and SR 516 will close from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. for asphalt repair work.
