I-90 Hyak to Keechelus Dam Phase 1C – Replace Snow Shed and Add Lanes (mileposts 57 to 60) This project is located in Kittitas County on Interstate 90, beginning in the Hyak vicinity (milepost 55) and continues five miles east on I-90 to the Keechelus Dam vicinity (milepost 60). This work includes building six new lanes, adding and replacing bridges and culverts, stabilizing rock slopes, extending chain-up and chain-off areas, and demolishing and replacing the snowshed.
