SR 4 Both Directions - SR 4, Ocean Beach Highway Sanitary Sewer Replacement (mileposts 60.3 to 60.8) Tuesday, Sept. 2 to Friday, Sept. 5: Nighttime, single-lane traffic on Ocean Beach Highway between Washington Way and 15th Avenue. Intermittent closures of business driveways for equipment staging. Wednesday, Sept. 3 to Thursday, Sept. 4: Daytime, business access driveways will be closed for 2-3 hours, from 6 p.m. Wednesday, to 12 p.m. Thursday.

Project Engineer: Tom Gorman, Phone: (360) 749-5676 This project, conducted by the City of Longview, replaces an old sewer line underneath SR 4 between 15th Avenue and Catlin Street in Longview and Kelso.
