I-90 Both Directions - The Blue Angels practices and the Seafair Air Shows will close the I-90 mainline, I-90 Express Lanes and associated ramps and roadways. I-5 Both Directions - Tuesday, July 8 to November - Both directions of I-5 near the Stillaguamish River Bridge have been reduced to two lanes until bridge work is complete in November. Drivers should be prepared for some delays throughout the day.
