SR 99 Northbound - The annual Seafair Torchlight Run will close the northbound SR 99 top deck of the Alaskan Way Viaduct on Saturday, July 26, 2014 between the West Seattle Freeway and Western Ave from 5:30 p.m. until approximately 7:45 p.m. The runners will be on the top deck from S Royal Brougham Way to the Western Ave exit.
