I-90 Both Directions - I-90 Snoqualmie Pass Milepost 56 to 61 east of the summit, traffic is reduced to one lane both directions 24 hours a day for building detours to be used this construction season. I-90 Both Directions - Rock blasting closures resume at 7 p.m. on Monday, April 28. Rock blasting closures are conducted Monday through Thursday only, and typically last one hour. However, depending on the amount of debris that comes down and repairs needed to the highway, closures could last longer. During rock blasting-related closures, crews will close I-90 in both directions from Hyak (milepost 54) to Price Creek (milepost 61). This work is weather dependent and will be subject to change. I-90 Both Directions - One lane will be open in each direction at all times. The speed through the work zones is reduced to 50 mph. Monday through Wednesday, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., expect single lane closures, and narrowed lanes where a crew is paving both EB and WB. This should complete the paving. Monday through Friday, Expect no lane closures during crack sealing on shoulders and ramps. I-90 Eastbound - I-90 eastbound milepost 125.8, at the Ryegrass Safety Rest Area: Beginning Monday, April 28, at 8 a.m., WSDOT crews will close the restrooms for the next four weeks to improve the interior. The restrooms will remain closed 24 hours a day, including weekends, until improvements are complete. Portable toilets will be available for use while the restrooms are closed. I-90 Both Directions - Bicycle Alternate Route: I-90 is closed to bicycles in both directions between the Hyak interchange (Exit 54) and Stampede Pass interchange (exit 62) because there is no shoulder for bicycles to use.
