SR 99 Southbound - Friday, Nov. 16, to the morning of Monday, Nov. 19 - All lanes of southbound SR 99 between the south end of the Battery Street Tunnel and South Spokane Street will fully close at 9 p.m. on Friday. All lanes will reopen by 5 a.m. on Monday. This work is weather-dependent.
