I-90 - Snoqualmie Pass East - construction schedule

Summer construction is back on I-90 between North Bend and Ellensburg. Below are the areas where drivers will experience delays due to construction and maintenance work scheduled the week of June 7-14:

North Bend Vicinity (Mileposts 33 to 43)

  • Drivers traveling eastbound can expect lane closures 24 hours a day between milepost 34 near North Bend to milepost 52 near the summit of Snoqualmie Pass Monday through Sunday. Drivers should plan for added travel time through this area. 

Snoqualmie Pass Vicinity (Mileposts 52 to 60)

  • Drivers will experience minor delays due to 24 hour lane closures in both directions Monday through Friday just east of Hyak to the Price Creek vicinity. Monday through Wednesday the westbound lanes will be reduced to one lane at night. The eastbound lanes will be reduced to a single lane at night Monday and Tuesday.
  • Drivers may experience minor delays due to lane closures in both directions during the day between mileposts 43 near Camp Mason to milepost 53 near the summit of Snoqualmie Pass as maintenance crews make repairs to drains and guardrail along the roadway. This work will take place from 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

Cle Elum Vicinity (Mileposts 80 to 81)

  • Drivers will experience delays near Cle Elum due to lane closures in both directions from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following morning starting Monday night to Saturday morning.

Ryegrass Vicinity (Mileposts 121 to 125)

  • Drivers will experience minor delays Monday through Thursday during the day and at night due to lane closures in both directions. Crews are repaving sections of I-90.
