Blocking Incidents
  • Update 9:44 AM : On SR 530 just east of Oso Loop Rd (MP 35) there is a collision blocking all lanes. Medical Aid, the State Patrol, and Snohomish County Sheriff have arrived on the scene.
  • SR 20 between Twisp and Okanogan, 7 miles east of Loup Loup Summit at milepost 222.4 will encounter either signal or flagger controlled, single lane traffic where the contractor is rebuilding the roadway undermined by ground water. These repairs are scheduled to be completed this week.
  • Monday, June 3, to Friday, June 7 - Flaggers will altenate traffic on SR 104 between Northeast 195th Street/25th Avenue and SR 522 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.
  • Wednesday, June 5, to the morning of Friday, June 7 - The southbound SR 525 spur (Paine Field Boulevard) will fully close from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly.
  • Sunday, June 9 – Express lanes will be open in the southbound direction from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
  • Sunday, June 9 – Express lanes will be open in the northbound direction from 1:45 to 11:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, June 11, to the morning of Friday, June 14 – The Cherry Street on-ramp to northbound I-5 will close from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly. This work is weather-dependent.
  • High Impact - Thursday, June 13, to the morning of Friday, June 14 – All lanes of northbound I-405 at Northeast 6th Street will close from 11:59 p.m. to 4 a.m.
Construction Closures
  • US 97A in Chelan, Monday though Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. there will be shoulder closures and single lane, flagger controlled traffic with minor delays at the intersection of US 97A and Webster Avenue where the contractor is installing the warning system’s electrical components and concrete sidewalk ramps.
  • On SR 153 near Methow (MP 11.83) Monday through Friday, between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. there will be flagger controlled, single lane traffic with delays over Bridge #10 (southern most bridge near Methow) where the contractor is completing phase 3 of rehabilitation work on the three bridges between Methow and Carlton.
  • Sunday, June 16, to the morning of Friday, June 21 - A single lane of each direction of SR 542 between Britton Road and Smith Road will close from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. nightly. A flagger and pilot car will direct traffic through the open lane.
  • Sunday, June 16, to the morning of Friday, June 21 - Two lanes of northbound I-5 between the Stillaguamish River Bridge and SR 534/Conway will close from 7:30 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly. This work is weather-dependent.
  • Sunday, June 16, to the morning of Friday, June 21 - Two lanes of southbound I-5 between 236th Street Northeast and SR 534/Conway will close from 9:45 p.m. to 6:15 a.m. nightly. This work is weather-dependent.
  • On SR 522 eastbound & westbound from Echo Lake Rd (MP 18) to US 2 (MP 25) there is a slow-moving roadwork operation affecting all lanes.
  • Eastbound & westbound traffic is alternating on SR 534 at Cedardale Rd (MP 0) due to roadwork.
  • On SR 104 eastbound from SR 99 (MP 28) to I-5 (MP 30) the right lane is closed due to maintenance.
  • On US 2 in Leavenworth Monday day, expect shoulder work at the intersection of US 2 and Riverbend Drive, then flagger-controlled traffic with some delays Monday night beginning at 6 p.m. to no later than Tuesday morning at 6 a.m. where contractor’s electrical crew will be continuing to work on the signal light at that intersection.
Special Events
  • A Seattle Mariners baseball game that begins at 7:10 p.m. at T-Mobile Park will cause additional congestion on highways leading into Seattle, including I-5, I-90, SR 520 and SR 99.
