SR 103 Both Directions - Monday, July 13 to Thursday, July 16: Travelers in both directions of SR 103 between the intersection of US 101 and Stackpole Road, and along US 101 between 38th Place and the intersection of SR 103, will encounter intermittent, single lane closures with flaggers, daily, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for paving work.
