I-90 Both Directions - Construction at the westbound I-90 on and off-ramp intersection with Barker Road to construct a new roundabout. Barker Road is completely closed from the eastbound on/off-ramp interchange north to Boone Ave. The westbound I-90 on and off-ramps along with the eastbound I-90 on-ramp is also closed. Closure runs from Monday, Aug. 10 until 6 p.m. on Aug. 24. Drivers needing access to Cataldo will use an access road on Boone through the Harley Davidson parking lot. Wellesley Both Directions - The City of Spokane: Starting Wednesday, Nov. 20, contractor crews working for the Washington State Department of Transportation will begin constructing the North Spokane Corridor (NSC) Wellesley Avenue interchange.
