Blocking Incidents
  • One lane bridge on SR 21 at milepost 145 at the San Poil River beginning at 3:52 pm on June 11, 2019 until July 2020. Watch for slow-moving vehicles over the bridge and in the area.
  • SR 20, Sherman Pass is: bare and wet with ice in places. There are no restrictions at this time.
Construction Closures
  • Construction on SR 21 both directions at milepost 145.6 near W Fork Sanpoil River until further notice. Drivers will need to be alert approaching the bridge as the temporary structure is a single lane bridge with alternating traffic.
  • The City of Spokane: Starting Wednesday, Nov. 20, contractor crews working for the Washington State Department of Transportation will begin constructing the North Spokane Corridor (NSC) Wellesley Avenue interchange. During this time, Wellesley Avenue between Market Street and Freya Street will be closed to pedestrian, bicycle and vehicular traffic. The closure and interchange work will last until the end of 2022. Please use alternate routes.
  • City of Spokane, the Post Street Bridge is closed to vehicular traffic starting immediately, through Spring of 2020. Use other routes.
  • City of Spokane has Sprague Ave Closed between Scott and Grant Streets for road work. Use other routes and expect delays through mid-November 2019.
  • City of Spokane will have Five Mile Road closed from Lincoln to Strong Road Starting Monday, June 17,2019 through mid-November, for road work. Use other routes and expect delays.
  • Spokane County: Geiger Road improvments, curbs, drywells, signing, signals. Road closed from Hayford Road to Thomas Mallen Road, to Soda Road, detour using Hayford, 53rd, Electric and Thomas Mallen Roads. Amazon traffic access from Thomas Mallon Road and Geiger Blvd. Use other routes, expect delays.
  • Construction on US 395 Spur - NSC both directions at the Freya Roundabouts Monday - Friday 6:00 am to 4:30 pm. Roadway users should be alert for occasional traffic control.
