SR 9 Both Directions - 6 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 13 through 6 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 22. Full closure of SR 9 in both directions from SR 530/Divison Street (milepost 29.46) to SR 534 (milepost 40.03). Signed detours will be in place to guide NB and SB traffic.

US 2 Both Directions - CLOSURE: On US 2 between milepost 84.5 and 99 (west of Leavenworth), Wednesday, Sept. 22 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., the road is closed for pre-winter maintenance. Passenger vehicles can use Chumstick Hwy. as a detour.

Freight should use I-90 and US 97 as there are load restrictions on Chumstick Highway:
-Chumstick Hwy (mp 1.83, n. of Freund Canyon Rd.): 15 ft, 3 in.
-Chumstick Hwy (mp 6.22, n. of Clark Canyon Rd.): 14 ft, 2 in.
-Chumstick Hwy (mp 8.30, south of Merry Canyon Rd.): 18 ft, 3 in

I-90 Eastbound - I-90 eastbound milepost 63, 11 miles east of Snoqualmie Pass summit: Both eastbound lanes are detoured up and over the ramps at exit 63 through Friday morning Sept. 24. To keep traffic moving, cross traffic is not allowed on the bridge. A reduced speed limit of 35 mph is strictly enforced. Drivers need to plan for added travel time. Crews are replacing several concrete panels under the Cabin Creek Road Interchange at exit 63.

SR 513 Both Directions - Sunday, Sept. 19 to the morning of Friday, Sept. 24: The southbound Montlake Bridge will close to vehicle traffic from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly with a detour to I-5. The northbound side will be reduced to one open lane.

SR 3 Both Directions - Work to help return Chico Creek under SR 3 to a more natural state is about to get underway. As soon as Monday, Sept. 27, crews working for WSDOT will install orange signs in and around the Chico Way interchange near Bremerton to notify users that construction is imminent. Travelers using both directions of the highway will see lanes shifted to the outside shoulders of SR 3 and night ramp closures.

US 2 Both Directions - On US 2/97 near Cashmere (milepost 110), Eastbound off ramp and westbound turn lane to W. Cashmere Bridge/Goodwin Rd. are closed. The road will be torn up and a crew builds a roundabout just north of Vale Road. Traffic will be shifted around the work area and travelers can expect flagger controlled traffic during working hours. Plan for construction in the Hay Canyon area to continue through the year.

US 97 Both Directions - On US 97 between milepost 159 and 160 (Swauk campground), Tuesday through Thursday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. expect flagger controlled traffic with delays up to 20 minutes as the contractor is performing shoulder repair. A reduced speed zone is in place 24/7 through the project work site while the contractor completes construction.
