(SR 28) NCR Pavement Rehab 2018- Contract #9181 County: Grant Highway: SR 28 Region: North Central Location: MP 25.17 to 43.63 Quincy Rest Area to Ephrata Description: In this $6.9M project, Central Washington Asphalt is performing work on six highways in North Central Region including crack seal, chip seal, asphalt paving, rumble strips, striping, bridge deck work (Rocky Ford Creek) and some guardrail and sidewalk.
