HIGH IMPACT
US 197 Both Directions - Beginning Thursday, Sept. 9, 2021, until Memorial Day 2022: The US 197 - Dalles Bridge will be fully closed between Washington and Oregon from 8 p.m. Thursday nights through 6 a.m., Monday mornings, for bridge deck replacement work.

Note:
During the full weekend bridge closures, travelers will follow a signed detour using the US 97 Biggs Junction Bridge. These closures will occur every weekend until Memorial Day 2022.

Note: Currently, travelers can expect to see delays of up to 20 minutes weeknights from 8 p.m. Monday to 6 a.m., Thursday, due to single lane closures. During these times, traffic will be controlled by flaggers. This work is being performed by ODOT.
