SR 4 Eastbound - Shoulder closure on SR 4 eastbound at milepost 17.3, near Hull Creek, due to the highway shoulder eroding from previous flooding. The water has receded and both lanes are clear of water. Beginning at 5:33 am on January 24, 2020 until further notice.
