US 395 - Bridge Pier - Redirectional Landform Mitigation - Completed September 2019

Project news

The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) will be working with contractors during the summer and fall of 2019 around the region to update and repair guardrail and other roadside safety items.

Needs & benefits

This project updates and repairs existing safety features currently in place along several routes in Eastern Washington. Guardrail will be raised and upgraded, redictional landforms around piers will be removed and replaced with a barrier. Guardrail end treatments will be upgraded to new crashworthy terminals.

Timeline

The work was completed in fall 2019.
