I-5 Both Directions - Travelers who use the I-5/Interstate Bridge between Vancouver and Portland should prepare for intermittent nighttime bridge lifts and delays of up to 25 minutes beginning at 10 p.m., Friday, July 23 and continuing until 7 a.m. Saturday, July 24.

Note: During the bridge lifts, crews from the Oregon Department of Transportation will grease six miles of cable that hold the bridge counterweights. Sidewalks and bike lanes along the bridge will be closed to pedestrians and bicyclists.
