SR 20 Rainy Pass Flood Deflection Berm #9485 County: Skagit Highway: SR 20 Region: North Central Location: MP 149-150 Description: Tiger Construction is the contractor for a project to build flood deflection improvements on SR 20 between milepost 149.88 and 150.06 in Skagit County. Work will include clearing and grubbing, channel excavation, new culvert pipe installation, and seeding. Work schedule: Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., expect shoulder closures and intermittent flagger controlled traffic with delays up to 20 minutes.
