MODERATE IMPACT
I-5 Both Directions - On Saturday, Oct. 9, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.: A large convoy of tow trucks will gather at the Ilani Casino for the Raymond Mitchell Memorial Ride; trucks will travel together from Ilani onto southbound I-5 from Exit 16/La Center and continue south to Exit 11/SR 502. Trucks will turn around and re-enter onto northbound I-5 to Exit 32/Kalama River Road. Trucks will turn around and re-enter onto southbound I-5 back to Ilani using Exit 16/La Center.

The on- and off-ramps will be closed to the public during the memorial procession and law enforcement and flaggers will direct traffic along these interchanges. Travelers should plan ahead, expect delays, and avoid cutting into the convoy/procession.
