The I-5 express lanes will close at 9 p.m. Friday, Feb. 26 and reopen southbound at 5 a.m. Monday, March 1. // Two left lanes of the northbound SR 99 Duwamish Bridge, a.k.a. the First Avenue South bridge, will close from 6 a.m. to noon on Sunday, Feb. 28.
