Project Description: This project provides for the improvement of US 395 MP 18.75 to MP 19 in Benton and Franklin Counties, by cleaning and painting the metal surfaces of the bridge and other work.
This project is due to be completed by Fall 2020

I-82/SR 397 Interchange EB – Emergency Bridge Repair

Project Description: This project provides for the improvement Bridge 82/268 on I-82 from MP 114.39 to 114.41 in Benton County. This work shall include but is not limited to providing temporary traffic control and temporary detour as needed, installing concrete barrier, and an impact attenuator, installing delineation, removing one damaged girder, a portion of the concrete bridge deck and the concrete traffic barrier over that girder and other work.
This project is due to be completed by Fall 2020

SR 224 MP 5 (east of Keene Rd.) - City of West Richland – Paradise Way intersection and Utility extension

Project Description: This is a developer project within the City of West Richland. Work includes widening the highway and constructing a new at-grade intersection along SR 224 with right- and left-turn channelization, illumination, sidewalk, and new utility installations.

SR 221 southbound MP 12 to MP 14, Monday Feb. 24 to Thursday Feb. 27 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. there will be flagged traffic control with a single lane closure to repair guardrail damage.

US 395 Safety Corridor Improvements & E Elm Rd to SR 17 SB  Paving

Project Description: This projects provides for the improvement of US 395 in Franklin County from MP 24.64 to MP 46.10 by rehabilitating the existing roadway, including crack sealing, planing, paving, illumination, ITS, furnishing and installing one cantilever sign structure, permanent signing, constructing acceleration and deceleration lanes, recessed pavement markers, rumble strips, roadway delineation, traffic control.
This project is due to be completed by Late July 2020.

I-90 MP 33 to 52 468th Ave SE to W Summit RD - Westbound Rehab Concrete

Project description: This project is two seasons and will rehabilitate concrete panels and shoulders along this section of I-90. This work will continue through October 2019 for this first season. This project is to be completed sometime in late fall of 2020. 

Current Week Traffic Advisory:
I-90 milepost 33 to milepost 52 westbound:

Drivers can expect night time lane closures between milepost 34 near North Bend to milepost 41 10 miles west of Snoqualmie Pass summit. Night time work may reduce traffic to one lane. Drivers should plan for added travel time through this area.

I-90 - 468th Ave SE to W Summit Rd Concrete, Deck & Culvert Rehab Eastbound

Project description: This project repairs several sections of the eastbound lanes and repairs several bridge decks in the westbound lanes between North Bend and the summit of Snoqualmie Pass. This project is scheduled to be complete by this fall.

Project Description: Crews are building a wider and more reliable five-mile stretch of I-90 from Hyak to Keechelus Dam by adding lanes, replacing and adding bridges, stabilizing rock slopes and replacing the snowshed with avalanche bridges.

Project Description: This project provides for the improvement of I-90 by cleaning and painting the metal surfaces of the Cle Elum River Bridges, eastbound and westbound, heat straightening, steel repair, pier concrete spall repair, modifying expansion joints, scarifying concrete surfaces, further deck preparation, furnishing, placing, curing and texturing concrete overlay, also including non-bridge work by constructing and removing temporary roadway, constructing and removing temporary bridge replacing PCCP lanes and panels, cement concrete pavement grinding, weigh-in-motion replacement, guardrail installation, paving HMA shoulders, and roadway delineation. This project is due to be completed by Summer, 2021.

I-90 - Yakima River Bridges Deck Repair

Project Description: This project provides for the improvement of 3.65 miles of E/B I-90, MP 121 to MP 126, 10.83 miles of W/B I-90, MP 125 to MP 136, 2.85 miles of of E/B I-82, MP .6 to MP 3.5, and 2.6 miles of W/B I-82, MP .6 to MP 3.2 by planning bituminous pavement, shoulder repair, crack sealing, paving with HMA pavement, pavement markings, guideposts; and .10 miles of I-90 from MP 136.6 to MP 136.7, by removing 3-strand cable barrier from the median and installing 4-strand cable barrier. This project is due to be completed by Fall 2019.

This design build project will provide for the construction of a new eastbound off ramp, a new westbound on ramp and other work to complete the interchange of I-82 and US 97.

This Contract provides for the improvement of US 97 from MP 61 to MP 62 at the intersection with SR 22, by installing “prepare to stop when flashing” beacons; US 97 from MP 66.35 to MP 66.64 at the intersection with Progressive Road and US 97 from MP 71.19 to MP 71.47 at the intersection with Lateral 1 Road, by installing “watch for entering traffic” beacons along US 97 and vehicle detectors on the intersecting road; SR 223 from MP 0.36 to MP 0.64 at the BNSF railroad crossing by installing advance warning bacons and guardrail and other work.
