If you believe you have been subjected to discrimination or harassment in violation of your civil rights, or have a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) issue related to prompt pay, certification, retainage or fraud, you or someone on your behalf may file a complaint with Office of Equity and Civil Rights.

  1. Filling out the External Complaint Intake Questionnaire within 180 days of the incident
  2. Send the completed form to:

    or email it to oeoecrbcomplaints@wsdot.wa.gov
  3. Cooperate with the investigation during efforts to resolve complaints and correct any discrimination found
